LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT DIETS AND ME. OVER THE YEARS, TO BE EXACT, SINCE I ENTERED MY CHILD BEARING YEARS I HAVE BATTLED IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER TO LOSE WEIGHT.

MY BEST GUESS IS THAT, IT ALL STARTED FROM GETTING INVOLVED IN A BAD RELATIONSHIP AT THE AGE OF 19 OR 20 WITH MY EX-HUSBAND.I STARTED EATING FOODS THAT WEREN'T GOOD FOR ME. THEREBY, WINNING SOME CONSTELLATION PRIZES LIKE LOVE HANDLES, THUNDER THIGHS... WELL, YOU GET THE PICTURE.

SOME PEOPLE CALL THIS BAD HABIT THAT I BROKE "EATING COMFORT FOODS." AFTER PERFORMING DUE DILIGENCE & RESEARCH OVER THE YEARS, THIS PARTICULAR HABIT IS WORSE THAN DRINKING, SMOKING OR DOING DRUGS ALL COMBINED TOGETHER BECAUSE OF THE SUGAR IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, I BELIEVE SUGAR IS BAD NEWS!!!. ESPECIALLY THE BLEACHED OR WHITE(PROCESSED) SUGAR.

THIS OVER THE COUNTER DRUG OF CHOICE (SO TO SPEAK)I CHOSE WAS CALLED "SUGAR." EVEN THOUGH SUGAR IS SINFULLY GOOD TASTING, IT IS HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. PLUS, SUGAR HAS SIDE EFFECTS LIKE LOSING ENERGY, STAYING TIRED ALL THE TIME, GET LAZY, LOSING STAMINA, LOSING ENDURANCE, BRAIN DEAD OR LAZY AND SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDING A LOT OF UNWANTED WEIGHT QUICK WITH MY HELP!

LET ME MENTION A FEW OF THE LIFE THREATING DISEASES THAT SUGAR MAY CAUSE; DIABETES, OBESITY, LOW SELF-ESTEEM AND MORE.

I DON'T HAVE TIME TO NAME ALL OF THE GIMMICKS AND LOSING WEIGHT FADS I HAVE PURCHASED AND TRIED OVER THE YEARS. LET ALONE, TALK ABOUT THE FADS I HAVE LUSTED OVER (I AM SORRY TO SAY). I NOW BELIEVE WHAT WEIGHT WATCHERS COMMERCIALS SAY "DIETS DON'T WORK." THIS IS VERY TRUE, I AM A LIVING WITNESS TO THIS FACT!

*CUTTING OUT 1/2 THE PROCESSED SUGARS IN YOUR DAILY EATING

*MOVING AROUND(EXERTING ENERGY)

*WALKING FOR 30 MINUTES A DAY

*LEAVING ALL JUNK FOODS ALONE (SODAS, CANDY, CAKE, ICE CREAM..)*TAKING A MULTI-VITAMIN EVERYDAY TO SUPPLEMENT OUR FOODS(EX. CENTRUM)

*DRINKING MILK & EATING DAIRY FOODS(i.e. LOW FAT,ORGANIC=NATURAL FAT BURNERS - REFER TO BOOK ON ABS DIET FOR WOMEN)

*GET ADEQUATE SLEEP EACH DAY

NOW, DON'T GET ME WRONG, I'M NOT SAYING ALL OF THIS IS EASY BUT IN TIME IT ACTUALLY BECOMES A WAY OF LEARNING HOW TO EAT TO LIVE VS. NOT LIVING TO EAT.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT, I HAVE STARTED AND STOPPED THE ABS PROGRAM FOR WOMEN BECAUSE I CHEATED AND WENT BACK TO MY OLD WAYS. I HEARD YOU THINKING OUT LOUD. SAYING, WHAT? WELL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? I AM ONLY HUMAN AND HONEST.

ANYWAY, AFTER SEEING MY DOCTOR DURING AN ANNUAL CHECK-UP; I WAS TOLD TO CHANGE MY WAYS AND GO BACK TO EATING RIGHT+DOING A SIMPLE FORM OF EXERCISING. FOR EXAMPLE, WALKING FOR 30 MINUTES A FEW DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK.

IN CLOSING, ALL OF THIS INFORMATION IS FOUND WITHIN THE TWO RESOURCES LISTED ABOVE. REMEMBER, P.U.S.H. PUSH UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS OR TRY, TRY, TRY AGAIN UNTIL YOU GET IT RIGHT.
